See The Richest woman in Nigeria, Folorunsho Alakija’s House which is worth $700 million (PHOTOS)

One of the richest African Business women, Folorunsho Alakija, has recently acquired an Expensive luxurious three-story-high house that was custom built for her. In April 2014, a three-story luxurious residential development under the name of Project Delta began. For almost three long years, Dayspring Property Development Company has been developing this stunning house for the richest Nigerian woman.
Julius Berger, the construction company that is behind a large number of Nigerian infrastructures, took on the role of the contractor for this house. They have spared no expense on this project, using top of the line technology and materials.
Adeniyi Coker Consultants Limited (ACCL) was hired as architects for the Project Delta. Their hand is recognizable in the sleek modern lines and creative use of glass and lighting. Some of their most notable projects include Nestoil Towers, Church of Transfiguration and numerous apartment complexes across Nigeria.
MFA Partnership, a team of mechanical and electrical consulting engineers, provided technical support for the project.
Integrated Advanced Analysts (IAA) Limited handled conceptual engineering and project management. They have also worked on the Nestoil building, as well as on numerous hotels and residential developments in Nigeria.

✰ This is not the only property owned by Folorunsho Alakija. She also has a place of residence in Lagos and several properties in London, UK.
✰ The company that built this house belongs to Mrs. Alakija and her husband, Modupe Alakija, who is a lawyer.
✰ The street where the house is located is named after Folorunsho’s husband (Modupe Alakija Crescent). The residence is a two-minute walk from Lagos Lagoon and Omenka gallery.
✰ It is estimated that the house costs about $700 million, which makes it the most expensive residential building in Africa and the fourth in the world. It is more than three times as expensive as Bibliotheca Alexandrina (Alexandria, Egypt)
✰ The house is said to be bulletproof and equipped with light wells that create beautiful lighting effects on the inside.
✰ It was said that the construction was supposed to be completed in July 2016. However, no official announcements have been made since last year. On the contrary, there are barely any images of the house dated this year.
To conclude, one of the world’s richest black women now owns the most expensive residential building in Africa, which is situated on the street that bears her husband’s name. We consider this the biggest ‘life goal’ for a lot of people!
